Appearance:Pelas is a tall well built explorer, he has spent the last 15 years of his life more or less in the field seeing the world. During this time he has built his body up and trained excessively, for in the wild there is only yourself. He keeps his beard trimmed to an extent, his non-facial hair is grown out and kept in a ponytail against his back. He has multiple scars across his chest and arms, but other wise his body seems to be rather intact. His clothes are rugged traveling leathers well oiled and maintained. A cloak of a brown bear is tucked into his bag for use in the winter and more formal occasions.

History:Pelas was a normal kid who spent time in the woods and away from people. His parents completely normal folk, encouraged it as it kept him busy and out of their work which as the operators of a small roadside tavern was quite a bit. Sure for the busy season during tax collection, they would pull him from the forest nearby and put him to work serving food but that was a month of work each year. Outside of this time frame Pelas could be reliably found in any tree in the woods and was often near an animal. This of course went on for quite some time, it wasn't till he was of age that he finally became invested in the workings of the Inn named the Angry Badger. He took over the bar duty and escorting unruly guests from the premises. During this time his parents were getting on in their years and were planning for the future. Knowing he would not accept the inn they sold it to an interested party and gave him the money that remained after they purchased the supplies they would need for a small cabin out in the woods nearby.

With that money Pelas invested in himself bought his gear, to include a bag, bedroll, a shortsword, staff of ash wood, and a traveling leathers. With that he left for the wilds and never looked back.

After a period of 15 years in the woods and traveling the countryside, he was attacked by a group of men on the outskirts of a village. They had confused him for a member of a rather nasty cult that had been abducting people from the village. He was driven from the area and tracked for many days before being attacked in his sleep. He was able to fend off the attack but his leg was crippled in the process. He was able to repair it but to this day it brings an aching pain and nauseating sense when he runs and moves to fast. Given the injury he has returned to the city and has been seeking employment in the local guilds and bars, as a bartender.

Description: A kindred spirit, a wanderer, one with no home. The explorer is a hybrid class, that focuses on travel and exploration. All of the magic is based around location discovery, scrying, convenient road tricks (fire starting, mending, cleaning off.), as well as various nature based abilities, Spike growth, circle of fire, gust of wind.The explorer is not focused nor concerned with fighting other people. His/her goal is to simply see as much as possible, to document what is interesting and record the information that is of use. The magic is used to aid them in their travels.
Traits: Low tier nature magic, basic abilities in this regard. Martial combat is independent of class and based on character in question

Description: Map maker, artist, bard a wandering soul that picks up the trades of the road, and lives from day to day, week to week. The explorer is as much a lifestyle as it is a choice of being. An explorer is diverse in their skills, but a master of none. They know a bit of everything as they will be everywhere at some point. So they learn everything, and practice what they can.
